Hull Youth Archery Club Hull Youth Archery Club A big part of keeping the Hull Archery Club sucessful is to give our members targets to aim for (pardon the pun) whether its scoring 252, or wining the monthly last friday league. We are constantly looking for new ideas for our members to strive towards acheiving.
Its as simple as it sounds. Or is it? Our archers get 36 arrows to score 252 points. Simple? Not quite. The scoring for this award is only counted by adding odd numbers, so any white is 1 point, any black is 3 points, any blue is 5 points, any red is 7 points and finally, any yellow is 9 points. Sounds almost impossible, but we're not monsters and give you a larger target face to shoot at... This competition bears no charge to members.
Nothing worse than taking out a nock, let this award make you feel a little better when you totally wipe out.
You can't beat a perfect end. 60 points is good but you can't beat the smugness of scoring all X's
Think you are a good marksman? Prove it! In one single visit of 6 arrows you must hit 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & X
Every club has its own woodpecker. Win this if you can't keep your arrows out of the wooden frame.
